Responsible for managing and maintaining
organized structure, effectively integrating all
departments to work as one. Ed creates and
adjusts internal structures as FMS Construction
and its clients adapt to the existing economy. |

Vince Holman, Project Manager
Responsible for all areas of construction
management. Our goal is to ensure that our
projects are completed in accordance with the
design, budget and schedule. Vince has
experience in a wide rage of projects from
interior renovations to ground up construction
of new buildings. |

Jim Hart, Project Manager
Responsible for all areas of construction
management. Jim has experience building large
complex projects that require elaborate
schedules. Communication and accurate scheduling
have enabled Jim to successfully manage
demanding fast track projects. |

Lance Pollack, Project Manager
Responsible for all areas of construction
management. Lance has developed systems for
managing a multitude of renovations. These
projects have ranged from coordinating the
relocation of existing equipment, reconstruction
of damaged buildings to occupied interior
renovations. |

projects. Joe has an extensive background in

project documents. She has wide range of
experience coordinating and managing large state

Coordination
and Office Support
Kim is responsible for office support in all
aspects of general construction from marketing
to final invoicing. Kim has become cross-trained
in all aspects of our daily business. |

General estimating for all types and size of
projects. Prebid site visits solicitation for
subcontractor bids; entering material and
quantity take offs. Implementation and
maintenance of bid software. |

Jason Striner, Estimator

take offs, implementation, and maintenance of

Joe Zuzich, Director of Field Operations
Joe is responsible for coordinating and
managing all field personnel. He is also has a
critical role in our estimating department. His
field experience and working knowledge of our
projects is beneficial to FMS and our clients. |

Nicole Hertzig, Accountant
Nicole is responsible for day to day
accounting aspects. Her responsibilities also
include invoicing, fleet management, and
maintenance of accounting reports. |

Dave Fox, Controller
Dave manages the accounting department and
performs our more complex accounting duties. He
also has a broad knowledge of specialized rules
and regulations for the regions in which FMS
Construction works. |

Tony plays a critical role in managing all
labor and manpower in the state of Ohio. |

Jack manages multiple fast track open
remodels throughout the state of Ohio.
