FMS Construction was born out of Fazio Mechanical
Services, Inc. in 2004. Fazio Mechanical Services, Inc.
began its journey in 1988 specializing in the
supermarket refrigeration industry and quickly rose
above its competitors by providing the highest quality
services. With requests by customers to provide the same
quality services on a general contracting level FMS
Construction became a reality. FMS Construction was
officially incorporated in January 2005, and in a short
amount of time, became a premier general contracting
firm. Today FMS Construction has surpassed all
expectations of its clients and has successfully
completed hundreds of projects ranging from small
renovations to complete turn-key out of the ground
developments. FMS Construction is headquartered in
Sharpsburg, PA with branch offices in Cleveland and
